Farm Fresh Organically-Grown Vegetables
What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. When you join our CSA membership, you’re signing on at the beginning of growing season and in return for your investment, you get a share of the crops each week. We have provided a short video below to explain how the CSA model works.
Our growing season begins in June and runs for 16 weeks. The exact dates of when the share begins and ends will be confirmed in May. Each week, you will receive a variety of freshly hand-picked vegetables from our family farm where we use organic practices to grow our crop.
A share contains 5 to 6 seasonal fresh veggies. The contents of each weekly share will vary depending on what’s in season at the time of picking.
*Share: $350.00 (16 weeks)
- Mushroom Share add on: $144 ($8 per week)
- Local Delivery: $126 + hst ($7 per week)

What kind of vegetables can I expect?
Here is a list of some of the veggies we grow:
Carrots, Beets, Onions (spring & bulb), Garlic, Kale, Swiss Chard, Beans, Sugar Snap Pea’s, Cucumbers, Peppers, Zucchini & Summer Squash, Potatoes, Tomatoes (Regular, Roma, Heirloom and Cherry), Lettuces (mesclun salad mix, lettuce heads, romaine), Eggplant, Spinach, Arugula, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Fall Squashes (delicata, butternut & acorn), Bok Choy, Red & Green Cabbage, Kohlrabi (purple & green), Radishes, Turnips, Leeks and herbs (cilantro, mint, dill and basil)
Every Monday you will receive an email listing the vegetables we are looking at harvesting that week along with some delicious recipes and preserving instructions. The vegetables listed in the email are subject to change depending on what we find in the field at the time of harvest. We may decide the crop is not ready for harvest or it has been attacked by bugs and is ruined. If this happens the vegetable will be replaced with a more suitable one.
Mushroom Share Add-On option
We are happy to announce our partnership with The Caring Mushroom (TCM) a local grower & supplier of fresh, organic, specialty mushrooms located in the Waterloo Region. Currently TCM is growing a variety of FRESH mushrooms including Oysters, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane and Chestnut.
The Caring Mushroom offers an optional mushroom share add-on for CSA members who would like to receive a half-pound of tasty mushrooms with their weekly order. We are VERY excited about this partnership and look forward to providing our members with even more FRESH locally grown produce!
